Possibly the healthiest dining experience in a hotel restaurant in Hong Kong with 20 kinds of vegetables on offer including six salad leaves which have been mostly sourced locally. The station includes options of flavorsome chicken and tuna as well as starches like orzo pasta and quinoa. Poached prawn and smoked salmon will be served during dinner time.
Dim Sum & Noodles Bar
A noodle station with six kinds of noodles and various toppings exclusive at dinner such as prawns, mussels and sliced beef short rib in a flavorful pork bone broth, light beef or chicken broth or laksa soup to ensure a satisfying yet comforting experience. Crafted with a selection of Cantonese classics, guests can enjoy perfectly prepared double-boiled broth and congee as well as a dim sum selection with translucent har gow, moist siu mai and an array of fresh Chinese vegetables.
Guests opting for any section also can enjoy chef’s daily soup such as roasted tomato or mushroom cream.
