1. How do I make a purchase?

Choose your product
Select your preferred types and quantities of the product and click ADD TO CART.
Checkout
Click VIEW CART to view your selected items. Click CHECKOUT/Proceed to Checkout, fill in your information and select shipping options once you are ready for checkout.
Create account
You may register an account for our online shop or complete your purchase as a guest.
Payment
Enter your payment details. We accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay and Alipay.
Order Confirmation
Once your transaction is completed, you will be directed to a page of order completed notification. Your order will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive an order processing email and e-voucher(s) upon order confirmation.

2. I could not receive confirmation email and e-voucher(s) after completing transaction. What should I do?
Your confirmation email may land in SPAM (or similar). Please check the SPAM folder accordingly. Please contact the relevant restaurants for more information. 3. How do I redeem a voucher?
For product(s), please redeem at specific location, date and time stated on the e-voucher. For dining credit, please present the e-voucher with valid QR code on site for redemption prior to checkout.
4. Do I need to print the voucher for redemption?
No. You can redeem the product(s)/dining credit by showing the e-voucher(s) with valid QR code.
5. Do you have delivery service?
Delivery to the hotel room, restaurants or home is available for selected products. Delivery charge may apply.
6. Which countries do you deliver to? Are there any delivery restrictions?
Currently, we only deliver within the Hong Kong SAR including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Tung Chung. Delivery service is not applicable to other outlying islands and overseas.
7. Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Refund, cancellation or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.
8. Is my personal information kept private?
